SNFCC: Park Your Cinema Kids
The Athens International Children’s Film Festival chose a single keyword to resound across this season’s Park Your Cinema Kids — Music!
We invite young viewers and their families to sing, dance and move to the beat of joy, adventure and friendship, with a series of all-time favorite films that exalt music in every possible way. From Sing, with the talented animal singers who follow their dream, to the Lion King remake featuring the much loved “Hakuna Matata,” this year’s range of options offers a fun getaway from the day-to-day, as well as valuable takeaways for all ages, conveyed through melodious stories that promote free expression, understanding and perseverance to achieve any goal.

Celebrate The 4th Of July The American Way At Hard Rock Cafe Athens
Hard Rock Café Athens celebrates Independence Day on the 4th of July the American way with the unique themed cocktail Rockin' Refreshing and ‘Red Blue White’ Burger, two choices specially designed for that day. The Visitors will also have the opportunity to try other wonderful authentic all-time classic American dishes.
The unique Rockin ’Refreshing cocktail - in the colors of the American flag - contains GRAY GOOSE vodka, lemonade, Grenadine, and Blue Curacao, garnished with delicious candies.
On the 4th of July, the restaurant will be specially decorated in a festive atmosphere, featuring the colors of America.

Release Athens 2022

Sunset DJ Sets At The SNFCC
Every Wednesday, Sunset DJ sets meet us on the Lighthouse terrace, when the sun is setting.
In a very summery mood, favorite music producers stand behind the decks and "dress" the urban landscape with their own sunset atmosphere, through familiar and unexplored sounds. Calypso rhythms, relaxed beats and summer melodies await us at the highest point of the Lighthouse, against the backdrop of the orange sky.

FokiaNou Art Space: “Flower Power” Group Exhibition
FokiaNou Art Space is pleased to present "Flower Power", a group exhibition arising from an open call, curated by Panagiotis Voulgaris and Mary Cox.
From early botanical illustrations to the works of Van Gogh, Georgia O’Keefe, Thanos Tsingos, Warhol, and Mapplethorpe, almost all artists have been influenced by flowers. The seasonal cycle of flowers can symbolize beauty, hope, life, and can act as a metaphor for human struggle. Flowers have a therapeutic effect, involving all the senses. In this open call, FokiaNou Art Space invited artists to submit work that uses flowers as subject matter, taking a variety of approaches, whether realist or unconventional, in any medium.
