Mother & Child Retreat

Three gentle summer days for mothers and children to slow down, get sandy, spacious breathing, make wishes, laugh loudly, and remember that healing sometimes looks like mud on your clothes and flowers in your hair.

A retreat for those who need:

• less screen time 
• more barefoot time 
• nervous system exhale 
• meaningful connection 
• and maybe five uninterrupted sips of tea.

Friday — Arriving into Nature

5:00 pm — Arrival , Welcome Circle &  Garden Exploration
Families arrive and settle into the garden spaces. Children come along and explore the secterts of the garden and mothers exhale and ground into the rhythm of nature.

6:00 pm — Aerial Yoga for Children
A joyful movement session for children with aerial yoga, stretching and playful  exercises in a safe and encouraging environment.

7:30 pm — Shared Dinner

Saturday — Movement, Sea & Creativity

9:00 am —  Partner Yoga
A practice based on balance, touch, and cooperation between mother & child. Simple , playful poses, relaxation, and moments of presence shared together.

10:30 am — Garden Brunch

12:00–5:00 pm — Beach Time

Afternoon Activities

5:00–8:00 pm — Children’s Gardening & Clay Workshop
Children engage with nature through planting their seasonal garden. An earthy, creative experience that encourages imagination,  and connection with the nature. Snack included

5:00–7:00 pm — Women’s Relaxation Session
A restorative space for mothers including:

• gentle yin yoga
• guided meditation
• reflections in the circle

7:30 pm — Dinner in the Garden 

Sunday — Closing Together

9:00 am — Breakfast

10:30 am — Tree of Wishes Ceremony
Mothers and children create small wishes, drawings, ribbons, and intentions together and decorate the garden tree as a collective closing ritual for the retreat.
