Ariadne & The Soul’s Journey Through The Labyrinth

As we enter the archetypal realm of Ariadne and the Labyrinth of the Minotaur, we explore the soul’s journey through the labyrinth from the perspective of intuitive arts, movement, and embodied presence.

The arts are approached as a way of listening inward—a language through which what lies beneath the surface can be expressed, witnessed, and integrated. Through movement and dance, painting and clay, yoga, meditation, and nature-based practices, we gently unfold our own path through the labyrinth.

This retreat is open to people of all ages, cultures, and experience levels. You do not need to be an artist—only curiosity, openness, and a willingness to slow down.

Over five days, we weave together:

• Intuitive arts workshops (theater, dance, clay, paintng)
• Somatic and mindfulness practices.
• Myth, archetypal reflection, and circle work
• A sacred day visit to the Oracle of Delphi

Set by the sea, Galaxidi—the historic birthplace of Greek sailors—is ideal for serene & recharging holidays that naturally support rest, reflection, and joy.

Day 1 – Arrival | Entering the Garden

• Walking meditation in the spiral & Hatha–Somatics Yoga
• Dinner
• Opening Circle

Day 2 – The Thread | Setting Intention Morning

• Somatics Yoga: Embodying the Archetypes
• Labyrinth Ritual Setting intentions with the red thread Evening
• Intuitive Painting Exploring the unconscious labyrinth & the inner oracle

Day 3 – The Oracle | Listening Beyond the Mind

• Guided visit to the Archaeological Site of Delphi Temple of Apollo & Kastallia Spring
• Dancing the Oracle Embodied dance ritual in Delphi village
• Back to our garden: Dinner & reflections

Day 4 – Giving Form | Integration Morning

• Pranayama & Guided Meditation Working with our personal paintings
• Clay Totem Creation Giving shape to an inner guide or vision Evening
•Theatre play

Day 5 – The Return | Closing the Circle
• Labyrinth Walking Meditation & Closing Circle
• Brunch & goodbyes
