Impact as something lived, built, and sustained over time

With our guest mentor Marisa Antonopoulou — entrepreneur and freelance consultant with experience across microfinance, the non-profit sector, and large-scale consulting — we’ll explore impact in its many forms: social, economic, professional, and personal. We’ll talk about what it really means to create value beyond numbers, how impact shows up in everyday decisions, and how responsibility, ethics, and long-term thinking shape the work we do.

We will focus on the intersection of systems and people: where strategy meets values, where outcomes meet intention, and where professional success can coexist with meaningful contribution.

To ground the conversation in the body, we’ll also include a short breathwork & meditation session with Christina Exarchou, exploring how our breath impacts our mood, presence, and the way we show up moment to moment.
