CLASSIC CARIBBEAN MOJITO
A classic favourite with a little extra jazz! Bacardi Superior, fresh mint, lime juice, sparkling soda topped with a Premium Bacardi Gold floater and a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
 
MANGO GINGER MOJITO
A fusion of Bacardi Superior light rum and 4-year old premium Bacardi Añejo Cuatro, combined with the fresh flavors of mango, lime and fresh mint, then topped with ginger beer.
 
PASSION FRUIT MAI TAI
A Tiki classic invented in the 1940’s in California! Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum, passion fruit and a blend of traditional Tiki flavours!

ROCKIN’ FRESH RITA
Sauza Silver Tequila, fresh lime juice, agave nectar and finished with our slightly spicy salt rim.
