This sunny apartment is in the Acropolis/Koukaki neighborhood (one of the trendiest neighborhoods in Athens) and just minutes from Acropolis, Plaka, and Filopappou Hill.

The location is ideal, it is a 3-minute walk from the Syggrou-Fix metro stop and a 10-minute walk from the Acropolis metro stop. Less than 1 minute away from the house are many tavernas, cafes, bakeries, bars and just up the street is the Open Air Bus Tour stop.

You have easy access to all main tourist sites.

Renovated in November 2016, this apartment features an updated bathroom, kitchen, studio and loft and appliances. Using principles from the Tiny House movement to maximize the space (the apartment is only 25 meters) , this charming studio+ loft can sleep up to 4 people.

Please note the space is small (imagine a hotel room). There are mattresses for 4, but 4 adults may feel crowded. This space is ideal for families or couples.
