Co-Founder to Build A Two-Person Operation Into Something Meaningful

I’m looking for a co-partner to join me in building a new project that supports Swiss-based clients with their daily communication and front-office needs. The concept isn’t new, but the demand is there - and the potential to grow is real. Seeking a driven person who is proactive, committed, and ready to build a business from the groud up. In the beginning, it will be a two-person operation, so I need someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and taking ownership.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage the office and daily operations
• Lead and support agents as the team grows
• Ensure quality and smooth client interactions
• Shape internal processes, structure, and long-term strategy
• Bring in operational insight during client onboarding
• Share responsibility - and success - as an equal partner

Ideal profile: 

• Proven leadership experience in service or operations roles
• Strong CRM experience (Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot)
• Confident with VoIP tools (Aircall, Five9, etc.)
• Swiss-German skills are a strong plus
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
• Willing to invest capital and share ownership
