Relocation Specialist For Celebrity International Movers

Celebrity International Movers S.A. is seeking a Relocation Specialist to support partners and clients throughout their relocation and settlement process in Greece. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and organizing suitable housing, assisting with school searches, and handling essential administrative procedures such as obtaining a Tax Identification Number (AFM) and registering with the National Social Security Agency (EFKA).
 

• Researching and selecting housing options based on clients' needs and budgets
• Assisting families in finding appropriate schools
• Managing the process of acquiring a Tax Identification Number (AFM) and EFKA registration
• Communicating with public authorities and service providers
• Providing ongoing support throughout the relocation period

• Previous experience in Relocation, Real Estate, or Customer Service roles
• Familiarity with Greek administrative procedures (AFM, EFKA, etc.)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
• Preferred qualifications
• Knowledge of additional foreign languages
• Experience working with international clients
