Meraki Branding - Looking For Client & Project Manager
DESCRIPTION
We are seeking for a highly motivated Client & Project Manager (5 days x 8 hours per day) to work within our rapidly growing website & branding agency, Meraki Branding.
We’re a women-led virtual web design/branding agency. We don’t have an office and are entirely online based. Our team works from Europe (Greece, Bulgaria and The Netherlands) but our clients are global, with the majority based in the USA. Our multi-disciplinary background in branding, web design, marketing, writing, entrepreneurship, and consulting allows us to tap into our clients, their brands and business ideas and bring whatever they have in their hearts into the world. Our portfolio consists of mainly clients from the health/wellness industry, NGO’s, creatives, artists, and heart-centered entrepreneurs. In short, we make dreams come to life!
Your role will be primarily focused on the day-to-day management of our clients and their projects as well as the daily management of new briefings and client communication, proposal writing etc. You will be client facing (with camera) and be responsible for the smooth operation of our website and design projects and the management of our creative team. For this position, we expect you to be a tech-savvy professional with a willingness to learn all the ins and outs of website development and design. In this constantly changing industry its important you’re flexible to adapt to change and important you stay up to date with what’s happening in the field.
As a start-up, we naturally value your input to make things better, smoother and expect you to think along with us to streamline processes, attract more (or better) clients, and work with us on the expansion of our agency.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the key contact person for our clients and address client queries effectively and in a timely manner.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
Manage day-to-day client service tasks for our global portfolio of clients (project management, budgeting, administration and customer care).
Identify new tools, practices, suppliers, technology, and trends in the Website design industry.
Coordinate members from our team incl. freelancers and ensure that each project meets the deadlines and quality standards of the company.
Participate in daily/weekly account management meetings.
Manage monthly budget sheets.
Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects.
Prepare creative briefs for our creative team / external freelancers.
Present website design presentations for clients.
Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects and processes.

Proven work experience in both project and client management.
Native level written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
Excellent eye for detail.
Affinity with the health & wellness, NGO and art & design world.
A talented and passionate person.
You are autonomous and a self-starter.
Good with numbers and Excel sheets.
Team player.
Thrive by being in charge and doesn’t want to be told what to do
Light-hearted.
Knows how to get things done. Practical mindset.
Highly proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel.
Additional languages are a plus.
Experience in web design or design is a pre.

Available to work in different time zones (evenings and/or early mornings)
Preferably based in Athens, Greece (for training purposes)
