Tinos Challenge - Cyclades Trail Cup The alternative Tinos gas the courage to organize a trail running event in the winter season! This unique race is the only winter island running event and a good chance to see an alternative side of the famous Tinos island.

Castle - Vertical

On Saturday November 30, at 16:00, the Castle Vertical trail run will start.

The starting point will be on a dirt-road next to the village of Loutra. The first 150m of the total 1500m are on a wide path and runners can claim easily a better position. The finish line will be at the top of mountain Exomvourgo, second tallest of Tinos island.

20km Race

On Sunday December 1 at 08:30 the 4th Tinos Challenge trail race will start!

The starting point will be at the quart-yard of the Catholic monastery of Holy Heart at the top of mountain Exomvourgo and the first kilometers are downhill running consisting of stone and marble steps.

Almost 85% of the route consists of traditional handmade walking paths and the direction of running will be clockwise around the mountain Exomvourgo.

7km Race

On Sunday December 1 at 08:30 the 4th Tinos Challenge trail race will start!

The starting point will be at the quart-yard of the Catholic monastery of Holy Heart at the top of mountain Exomvourgo and the first kilometers are downhill running consisting of stone and marble steps.

Almost 85% of the route consists of traditional handmade walking paths and the direction of running will be clockwise around the mountain Exomvourgo. The route is common with the 20km race for the first 3,5km.
