Stress Relief Workshop for Parents

In this cozy (max. 6 participants) online workshop, parents will learn an evidence-based technique for stress relief called tapping (also known as the Emotional Freedom Technique, or EFT). Tapping meditations have been found to significantly reduce our stress hormones, and calm down our autonomic nervous system's response to stressful and overwhelming situations.
Eleni Vardaki is an experienced workshop leader for stress relief who offers affordable monthly online workshops to support parent, student, and teacher wellbeing.
This particular workshop is for parents who are open to learning a new technique that is backed by a growing body of science for gently and effectively releasing accumulated stress in the form of worry or anxiety from the body.
