Releasing Stress & Overwhelm ~ Workshop For Parents

In this brief, one-hour workshop, by Eleni Vardaki in collaboration with Marina Kastrinaki, you will experience a variety of self-soothing techniques that have been proven to gently and effectively release stress and overwhelm. 

The workshop which will take place on Saturday, June 27 at 18:00, is specifically designed for parents who want to let go of the pent up stress that's accumulated in their body during the challenge of the past few months, such as stress to do with parent-child relationship conflict, financial stress, or stress to do with the uncertainty of the future. 

The workshop will take place at a venue called HouseHub, which is a 5-minute walking distance from the Kifissia train station. The workshop is capped at a maximum of 5 in-person participants.

No food or drinks will be served, so please bring your own bottle of water or snack, if you wish.

If you prefer to come to the venue, gloves and antiseptic gel will be available. In order to take extra precautions, chairs and surfaces are cleaned, both before and after any workshops. However, you are welcome to bring your own mask and hand gel if you wish.

Payment Method

The participation fee is €10. Before proceeding with the payment send an e-mail to confirm that there is still available space. 

Only when you've checked to confirm there is available space and you've pre-paid the participation fee can you participate in the workshop. No drop-in sessions, due to safety measures.
