Donatella Canella. Donatella is a certified ICF accredited Co-Active®  Leadership coach and trainer (CPCC), and a faculty member of CTI, the largest in-person coaching and training institute in the world. As Managing Partner for the Human Centric Leaders, Donatella is part of an international alliance of cross-functional leadership and team coaching experts.

She holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from Michigan State University, USA and has worked at top universities in both Europe and the US, where she has served for 15 years as a scientist, project manager, mentor, and trainer. Her clients include Hilti, Roche, the Global Fund, UCB Pharma, NATO, Carfgill,TEVA Pharma. Donatella supports individuals, teams and organizations to gain clarity and focus during times of change and uncertainty. She helps them to recognize their unique leadership style, so they can develop a unique strategic vision, create a concrete plan, and deliver innovative results.

She supports teams to have courageous open-hearted conversations, so they can build trust, commitment, and develop a shared vision that will bring positive lasting transformation in their organization. Donatella is currently based in Switzerland, she is fluent in English & Italian, with a strong command of French. She loves adventure in everything, be it exploring the outdoors, having fun & deep conversations with friends or reading a good book.

Konstantina Kanaroglou.   Konstantina is a certified ICF accredited Co-Active® Coach (CPCC) and founder of Leadership Coaching, a company that provides experiential, innovative and insightful workshops based on the  Co-Active® Coaching model, designed to unlock individual and group potential & inspire efficient communication & leadership. Having put together a team of Internationally established facilitators to deliver workshops and accredited courses training in Educational Institutions, Family Businesses, & Organizations. Konstantina’s niche is in personal development.

She is passionate about assisting others to see their own magnificence and potential. Spreading the tools that help people communicate more authentically and effectively in order to build stronger relationships is at the core of her purpose.  Konstantina holds a BA in Film Studies/French, taught nursery school. She is a member of ICF Greece & ICF Global and a member of FBN (International Family Business Network). She is also a mother of three. Konstantina is part of a 90 year old family business founded by her grandfather which inspired her to explore Family Business Best Practices further.  She is half Greek half Swiss & grew up in the UK. Konstantina enjoys multi cultural environments, dancing, spending time in nature, travelling and animals.
