Ukraine Crisis: How To Help
The war in Ukraine has caused numerous civilian casualties and pushed tens of thousands of Ukrainians to flee their homeland.

We've gathered a list of organizations that are currently helping Ukrainians. Please feel free to share your own resources with us so that we can share it with the community. You can email us at ideas@xpatathens.com.


International Committee of the Red Cross
- Red Cross teams are working to help people and communities impacted by conflict. See how you can help HERE
 
Doctors Without Borders - In collaboration with local agencies and organizations, they provide medical care to the victims. See how you can help HERE.
 
UNICEF - Supports families impacted by conflict as regards medical care, nutrition, access to safe drinking water, sanitation, and protection. They also help repair schools damaged by bombings. See how you can help HERE
 
Save the Children - The organization offers humanitarian aid to children and their families, in order to help cover immediate basic needs (food, water, medicine), and promotes safe access to education. See how you can help HERE
 
Voices of Children - They provide psychological support to children, in order to overcome the trauma of war. See how you can help HERE
 
Sunflower of Peace - This NGO is currently raising money to support health workers and medical staff working on the frontline. See how you can help HERE
 
Nova Ukraine - Offers humanitarian aid and is in need of children's clothing. It is based in the US and works with organizations in Ukraine, but you can also donate with PayPal. See how you can help HERE
 
CARE - Is an international organization fighting poverty. It raises money for immediate assistance to the Ukrainian people and aims to help at least 4 million Ukrainians by providing food, clothing, drinking water, medical and psychological care. See how you can help HERE.
 
United Help Ukraine - Offers humanitarian and medical aid and is currently raising money to support people in the areas affected by bombings. See how you can help HERE. 
 
United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees - They collaborate with the governments of neighboring countries "calling them to keep the borders open to those seeking security and protection". See how you can help HERE
