We heard the sound of the splashing waves, yet we were in the center of the city. Were we hallucinating from the heat? When we took a quick look around us, we realized we were next to the Public Swimming Pool of Zografou—the splashes we heard came from the pool—naturally, we went to see how we could take a dip and cool off. We were pleasantly surprised when we discovered that for the whole month of August, the pool is free for the public.
The municipality of Zografou gave the coolest gift to those of us left in the city! We fetched the required documents and ran to grab our bathing suits. We'll see you there—happy diving!
