For the second consecutive year, Base Training organizes the European Fitness Convention (EFC), which will take place in Athens at the indoor stadium of Moschato, in 19 & 20 May 2012. With special guests, the internationally recognized presenter Lawrence Biscontini and distinguished Greeks from the fields of health and physical education, Base Training gives to EFC participants complete knowledge of modern science in medicine and coaching. The convention will be divided into four (4) sections: Personal training, Dance-Aerobic, Yoga-Pilates & Science-Nutrition and the corresponding presentations will take place in two (2) appropriately equipped classrooms and an outdoor stadium.
Fitness is directly related to the socialization and the positive side of each human being. For the second year, our academy invites you to have fun, to exercise and all together with our presence to help everyone who really needs it. This year, all proceeds will go to two charities, Kivotos tou Kosmou and the Make A Wish Foundation who offer accommodation, food and support to many families in need.
