St. Patrick's Concert and Gala Ball

This year’s entertainment is coming directly from Ireland and are a group of dancers and musicians called
Siamsa who will help us celebrate St. Patrick’s Day March 20th at the Grande Bretagne Hotel. Festivities will start at 7:30 pm with a drinks reception. For those hard-core rugby fans – we will have a TV for you to watch the match during the reception.

We have been given a GREAT range of raffle prizes and are deeply indebted to our sponsors for their very
generous donations in this difficult time. So try your luck on the night and you might be off on a cruise
around the Med or on a flight who knows where soon! Of course, the night will conclude with a DJ and a
disco.

If you have not yet purchased tickets and still wish to do so please see below for information. There will be no tickets on sale at the door. Tickets are €80 for non-members, while fully paid-up GIS members are
entitled to the special rate of €70 per ticket.

The response from GIS members and friends has been high. However, your place at the Gala Ball is not
reserved until the Society receives payment for all the tickets you have booked. In order to ensure that
everyone has access to tickets in the fairest way possible, please pay for all the tickets you have booked in the next few days otherwise your tickets will no longer be reserved for you.

Eurobank branch. Your name should be quoted in the Αιτιολογία field and will appear on the deposit slip
which is also your receipt.

Step 2
E-mail the Greek Irish Society at greekirishsociety@gmail.com with the names of the people paid for
including your own. Also please specify if you would like a vegetarian meal and include any seating
preferences. In the subject line put St. Patrick’s. If you do not have email call Siobhán (210 271 2607) or
Maryke ( 695 6154 955) once you have deposited the money. You can then pick up your tickets by contacting
any Committee member or, if you prefer, your tickets will be reserved for you to be collected on the night.
