The next XpatAthens Friends social meet up will take place on 28th of April at The Craft Brewery in Halandri. Come and meet some new people over a drink in this great bar. No matter how long you have been in Athens it’s always fun to meet new different people from varied backgrounds with interesting stories to tell.
What's it all about?
Meeting up with a group of people who also live in Athens and are keen to make friends, network and just generally socialise.
Who can come along?
The language is English, the nationality is irrelevant, the age is irrelevant. Whether you are a Greek resident of Athens, a long term member of the International community or an expatriate in Athens for a shorter term, everyone is welcome.
Where is it?
The first meet up is going to be held at
Craft Brewery,
Halandri and will start from
9:00pm.
Craft is the first Greek microbrewery founded in Athens in 1997. Their production philosophy and driving values are focused on their love for beer, passion for excellence and quality advantages of small batch brewing. Craft is about promoting the love for real beer and contributing towards the development of a true beer culture in Greece.
Turn up, buy yourself a drink and start chatting. Introduce yourself to anyone and find out if you have common ground. Everyone at the meet up has come along for the same purpose so there is no need to worry that you will be standing on your own. There is a "no one is alone policy" so if you see someone who is not yet chatting or on their own then please just go and say Hi. You will be able to spot our group by the XpatAthens poster so come and say Hi to Eleni, Elena or Luciano from the XpatAthens team and introduce yourself to anyone else who has come along for the evening.
The meet ups take place approximately once every 2-4 months, with parties and special events happening sporadically throughout the year.
Just buy your drinks, that's it.
