
British anti-terror officers came to Pakistan Friday to join the investigation into Benazir Bhutto's assassination, a day after President Pervez Musharraf dismissed allegations his government may have had a hand in the slaying. The Scotland Yard team will provide forensic and technical expertise but will not be allowed to go on a "wild goose chase and create a political disturbance," Musharraf told a news conference late Thursday.
