I shall be leaving in September 2012. I will have been living in a delightful three bedroom ground floor flat all that time-I am the first tenant- in a beautiful spot in Ayia Marina with a great Greek landlord for only Euros 800 per month and no common charges. The only other flat is above me on the first floor three beds, two bathrooms, which is currently empty. Off road parking for three cars each flat with space left over. Gardens front and back 3kms from the beach. I have no axe to grind- I am leaving, due to retirement, but I can tell you that this a great place, if very quiet, and the landlord is always very friendly and helpful. It is up to you! I know some people in polykatikias are having issues with their fellow tenants-hence my ad!
